Brant and Laura had a beautiful fall Pittsburgh wedding. Typical of Pittsburgh, the day started beautifully, rain blew through, and a window opened in time for some beautiful portraits.
Their coverage started at St. Paul’s Cathedral in Oakland. St Paul’s is easily one of the prettiest churches in Pittsburgh. High ceilings, marble floors, and beautiful window light make it a wonderful place to photograph. After the ceremony, we only had time for a few extended family portraits, before we had to clear out for the next wedding to take place. So we headed across the street to the columns at the Carnegie Mellon Library, to shoot some family and bridal party portraits away from the rain. Afterwards we headed to Schenley Park’s Flagstaff Hill for a few more portraits, and some beautiful fall foliage.
Next stop was the LeMont on Mount Washington, for a beautiful reception with a fantastic view.
I hope you are enjoying a wonderful honeymoon. Enjoy your photos.
